G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. Names Barbara Kennedy President-Wholesale-Design, Merchandising & Sales of Donna Karan

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (NasdaqGS:GIII) today announced the appointment of Barbara Kennedy to the position of President-Wholesale-Design, Merchandising and Sales of Donna Karan.

Ms. Kennedy most recently served as President of Dresses at Ralph Lauren Corporation where she spearheaded the successful launch and development of the Lauren by Ralph Lauren, Chaps and American Living brands. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Ms. Kennedy served as President of Dresses at Jones Apparel Group where she led a well-known portfolio of dress brands, including Jones New York, Anne Klein, Nine West, Evan Picone and Joneswear.
